A Runaway Bride, impulsive Vegas Wedding, and an HEA a year in the making.

Liam and Stormyare on of those couples that shouldn’t work but they do. They work in a way that leads to a story with big feels and lots of swoon.

The couple meet in Vegas by chance, Stormy has fled from home after realizing her fiancé has been cheating on her the night before her wedding.   Liam is in Vegas running from a family situation that is anything but merry.  Both are looking for anything that will take their minds of real life for a minute, one of the best ways to do this is getting plastered and married.

Not everything stays in Vegas, sometimes a year later it happens in to follow you home to Chicago by chance.

Liam and Stormy are a very frustrating couple. These two could not communicate to save their souls.  They both felt this connection, but because of how they met and the choices they made they both went into things with a go bag.  I really liked their story. I liked them as a couple, and I wanted them to have that HEA. There is great chemistry in this story along.  The story does have some angst as far as the couple is very unsure of their future and if they will stay together.  It creates a push and a pull within the story.     I struggled with the time limits they put on their relationship and the fact that neither character put voice to their desires.

I liked their story and journey to their HEA. Liam is a grumpy guy, and I liked that Stormy pushed against his wall forcing him to open up to the world around him.  This was a fun quick read and I would recommend it. The stands on it’s own.
