The Boom does it again. CC Monroe takes a dip back into the Happily Ever Alpha world and she does not disappoint. Brew and JJ have that instant moment that they can’t quite define. And they both are a little hard pressed to give in. JJ is a strong and independent woman who doesn’t want to fall at Brew’s feet. Brew has been through some stuff int he past couple o years because of an ex and has stayed away from women. But when the BOOM hits, you can’t deny it. What follows is a back and forth power struggle between the two and themselves. This book was well thought out and well written and it gives me everything that I want to see in a book from Boom Factory Publishing.
