Topic: We talk all about the Silver Fox trope and then men who have their lives together. We briefly talk about age gaps and why we love them. Also we interview Jenna Hartley about her New Release Unpredictable.

(Becky) What do we like in our mature men/Silver Fox Romance. We have said Silver Foxes but really it isn’t all about the silver hair. What we are looking for is a guy who has it together. A guy who has success in his career path. A guy who isn’t a serial dater or still trying to figure out how to treat a woman. A guy who knows what a woman wants and isn’t intimidated by her success. I also think the guy has to be mostly content in his day to day life, for example having good relationships with his kids, if he has them or his parents. I think there’s something sexy about a guy who can manage relationships and life and within that figure out his life is missing something important.

(Brittni) a SILVER FOX is that dreamy older male figure… one that charming, classy, and well-established. He’s already been through the highs (and possibly lows) of life- through children, marriage, divorce, or just a life well-experienced (not always well-lived, because well life can be a bit fragile). But, he usually doesn’t have time for games, or immaturity… he wants determination, integrity, and passion. Don’t get it wrong that he’s boring by any means, though, he still has his “youth”, his fun side, and (best of all) drive for lust
