Vanessa Vale gives us three books that storylines run parallel but you do not need to read all three to get an enjoyable story. The Manning brothers are weathly and single, but they are good men who have lost a lot in their lives. The housekeeper Alice, who is like a mother to them, has signed them up for the towns bachelor auction. They are not happy about it at all. What follows are three completely different tales of love and chaos.
Funny, but sweet. Steamy and emotional. These three stories are short but they pack a TON into the pages. The dynamic between the family is something that you love to see in a romance book, and the way in which the woman who buy them are a mix of characters. The meet cute in Teach Me the Ropes is perfect. The opening scene in Back in the Saddle gives revenge a new name. And how the hero and heroine come together in Hand Me the Reins is adorable. These are 3 separate books that you won’t want to miss.
