Review: Cocky Striker by Evan Grace

Chance Jr in his last year of college and has many decisions to make about what his future looks like. Chance is also a free agent in every meaning you can think of.

Laken on the other hand is also in her last year and doesn’t have time for dating.  Laken is “experiencing” the college life for real during her senior year, even though it isn’t easy for her.  She also has left a lot of her heart behind with her family, at their insistence.  Once Chance and Laken meet and continue to happen upon each other, they each realize that they have a connection. Both have secrets and must open themselves up for them to find their HEA.

The storyline was unexpected. I am not typical a fan of New Adult genre but this was an exceptionally well done story. The beautiful turn of events brings so many emotions to the surface. It was beautifully written. It was also great to get a small peak at Chance and Aubrey (but Pixi too). I truly enjoyed their story. It had all the feels in this story. As you finish the book you can’t help but have joy and a smile on your face.

If you liked Cocky Bastard, then it’s safe to say you will love Cocky Striker. It’s about Chance and Aubrey’s son, Chance Jr. and it truly is a MUST read.
Standalone told in a dual POV with an HEA. I strongly recommend this story. This was a 5/5 read for me.  It is one of the best offerings for the Cocky Hero Club offerings this time
