This is a secret baby story done well. I really enjoyed the way in which this one plays out because while it’s a secret baby, there was numerous attempts made by the heroine to tell the hero about the baby.
OH Caleb, how I wanted to junk punch you. This guy has a lot of insecurities and issues, but they aren’t really flushed out fully and I was left wanting more.The dynamic between Kim and Caleb was good and I liked the fact that she didn’t keep Caleb from his son at all, but she wasn’t as keen on having him in her life because of the way things ended between them the last time. There are a lot of hurts and it make sense even after Caleb tells her why. He deserved to have to grovel. I really enjoyed the dynamic of this group of friends and family and love that they enveloped Kim into the fold even if she wasn’t going to give in to Caleb. I like the fact that Caleb had to work to earn her trust gain and it wasn’t an instantaneous thing. I just wanted more from this story as a whole.
