Limitless

This book spans years of hit and miss. The constant misconnections of Jace and Alex are the push and pull of the story.   Their dreams and their insecurities are their biggest obstacles for them to be together.  Plus for all their wanting they had never truly talked.   A nagging point in the story is how they allowed their friends drama to get in their way. This added an air of immaturity to them.

This book was very well written and had me hanging on the edge wanting to constantly know what was next. It also kept my heart aching for Alex and Jace. I loved both characters and just wanted to see them happy. I just had a hard time focusing on both with everything else going on. This story seems to have a lot of background noise that caused some interference with the flow of the story.  This was the first book I read by this author and over all it was a good read. It was just a few little things.

This book was able to suck me in, however it had a hard time keeping me there. I really enjoyed this book and the crazy ride it took me on. The only downfall is that I felt like it dragged on. Overall, this was a 3.5 to 4 /5 star read for me.  I just needed to edit out all the background noise.
