Levi, oh sweet Levi. He is a guy who is still figuring out his place in the world. He is the youngest of the Peridot Dragon siblings and has been sort of left behind. More in the sense that they haven’t taken him seriously, and he did not thing to deviate his siblings from that way of thinking. But he has decided that he needs to step up and create a need for himself, especially after he messes up. Enter Briony.

She is a mountain lion shifter who isn’t exactly what she seems. Her grandmother is the leader of their pack, and protects Briony in anyway she can… even fighting for her. Briony comes across as one way, but as you read the story and it plays out there are reasons for her behaviors and almost separation from her pack.

When these two meet, the attraction is instant, but Briony has trepidations because of her past… Levi is a sweetheart and definitely more beta but with alpha tendencies. These are low angst, low shift paranormal romances that are quick delightful reads. From the way these inter-woven dragon series are written she only has a couple more to go, and honestly I will be sad to see the shifters be over.
