Scott and Noelle were the Boston Hawks story I did not even know I needed. This story brought me so much joy.  It was the perfect way to say good bye for now to this series and characters that I have loved for the last while.

Noelle is unexpected.  She should feel like the world as her feet.  The daughter of the owner of the NHL Team the New York Sharks Noelle is making her own path. I think that is something that makes her such a phenomenal character is the unexpected way she moves through life.  Her moments of self doubt and what she put on herself are so relatable.  I loved that she went all in with her passion and what brought her happiness instead of what is expected of her.

Scott is a man who takes risks and goes for what he wants. But he does it in a subtle way that is swoony and classy.  He is a force but you do not even realize you are in his pull until you are swept up in all the things that make him, him.

These two characters went for it!  They knew what they wanted and did not mess around. Scott is confident in his choice and just lays it on the line to Noelle.  Noelle is pulled into his orbit and finds so much joy…until. Because nothing can be easy.

This story brought me so much joy.  It was the perfect way to say good bye for now to this series and characters that I have loved for the last while.  What I loved most about this story is the maturity of the characters. The boundaries in place and know what they wanted. They needed to be better at communicating, but that is so true for many of us.  Scott is a hero who pines for the girl that caught his eye 5 years ago and Noelle is avoiding anyone in the hockey world. But when these two are together they are swept up in mutual respect and desire.

I really enjoyed this story and Scott might be my favorite hero from the Boston Hawks world. Gina Azzi as spent the last year allowing me to fall in love with the girl gang of the Boston Hawks and the latest addition of Noelle is perfect. I cannot recommend this book enough. I am still sighing over what a tender and passioned story The Score Keeper is.

I am beyond excited for the team in Tennessee! Tortsen was my number one Hawk until Scott came along… Gosh I am beyond excited!
