Recipe for Tiramisu Cold Foam Cold Brew:
Ingredients:
- Cold Brew coffee
- 1 part Mascarpone
- 1 part heavy cream
- milk
- cocoa powder for dusting
- lady fingers (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix the mascarpone and heavy cream in 1:1 ratio adding milk to thin it to taste. Without milk, it creates a thick whipped cream texture vs. the bit “thinner” cold foam.
- Add on top of iced coffee.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Add lady finger on top (optional).
- Note: for single serving I do about 1 TBSP mascarpone to heavy cream, but you can bulk batch it for longer periods of time.
