Bad Bishop | Layla Reyne
Levi and Marsh are brought together through a shared mission. They agree to a marriage of convenience and work together with several other agents to bring the bad guys to justice. At first glance one would think that Levi and Marsh are the unlikeliest pair, but they complement each other in the best of ways. They become partners both in their personal lives but also in their professional lives. Marsh is fiercely protective of Levi and his son. And in turn Levi is set on making sure that Marsh knows just how important he is to everyone. After they had to leave California very quickly because of a mission, we got to meet Marsh’s amazing family, and the beautiful place where he grew up. I loved the energy and love that surrounds Levi, Marsh, and their son. They not only have a beautiful supportive family, but an amazing found family. I love that this is a very mission heavy book, and kept me on the edge of my seat. There are a lot of characters, and I had to go back and reread book 1 in the series…but it was so worth it! I can’t wait for the next book in this trilogy!
