Nalini Singh has done something extraordinary here—she has written a finale that left me simultaneously heartbroken and completely content. That is an incredibly rare and precious thing.

At its heart, this is a story about what endures. Love through time. Humanity held precious against the weight of immortality. The bonds of found family that run deeper than blood and outlast centuries. These themes have always been the soul of the Guild Hunter series, and Singh brings them home with the same exquisite care that has defined every book in this world.
