Teddy is a bear shifter (yes you read that he is a bear shifter named Teddy!!!) that lives on his own in a cabin in the woods. He comes across Lana, and when she is attacked, he saves her. Teddy realizes early on that Lana is his mate, but because of some events in his past he has hang-ups because she is a human. Those around him try to tell him that was a good person and history wasn’t going to repeat itself. However, when it looks as though it might, Teddy lashes out, and regrets it right away but it takes time for things to come back together. There is a great dynamic between Teddy and his brothers, and I do hope we get their stories. This story stands alone, and if you enjoy a shifter this is a great book to grab.
