Review: The Next Mrs. Russo by Jana Aston

One of the funniest and quirkiest reads of 2021 so far. 
I am huge fan of Jana Aston so of course any opportunity read something new from her I was all in. The Next Mrs. Russo probably one of the best by the author.  It’s a hilarious story full quirk, humor and one of the best Stern Brunch Daddies I have ever read. (Trust me it is a thing.)

Let’s start with Warren, the scrumptious governor. He is the sexy, single governor of NY. Warren is a delicious mix of power and big dick energy with a very caring side.  Which makes him what we like to call a Cinnadom. He is powerful and commands the room and your attention but when it comes down to it, he is simply one of the good ones. 

Audrey is a disaster in all the best ways. This girl is a little bit awkward, quirky, and scattered.  She is fresh and insightful.  She is living in the moment trying to find her place. She has passion for those around her. I just adored her.  Audrey brings out a side of Warren that has the reader swooning with delight.  Their interactions are fantastic with fun banter and the flirting on page at moments is awkward but ok perfect for their story.   Their story is simply magical. I just love them both. 

The host of side characters including Warren’s daughter and Miller Audrey’s intern, oh we can’t forget the pets!  They add so much to this story.  I the laugh out loud moments just let to an even more satisfying HEA.   I really can not say enough about this book.  It really is the perfect balance of characters, humor and romance.  This is a total must read!The Next Mrs Russo By Jana Aston
