This book was absolute perfection.  Readers asked for years for a book about Annie and Frankie.  Susan Stoker delivers.  This book is a fan service done well.  Throughout her Delta Force Heroes series, we have known Annie Fletcher and her goals for life.  But in this book, she has come to a crossroads of reflection and is starting to second guess some decisions.  Frankie, this man, we have gotten snippets of him because of his connection with Annie and the teams, but we never truly got Frankie.  These two were truly destined to be together and looked out for each other in a way that you only hope for.  IT isn’t often that we read a romance where two people decide at seven that they are going to be together forever that they have no issue, but these two have followed their paths exactly as they imagined.  As a longtime fan of Stoker, I hoped she would give us something good but she far surpassed any and all expectations.
