A second chance Rockstar romance with more than meets the eye.
I stumbled upon this series in Kindle Unlimited and have never been happier. The fractured series has been an unexpected Rockstar Romance. If you are not sure about the trope because you aren’t sure you can deal with some of the typical rockstar behaviors like drugs, drinking and being manwhores than the Fractured Series is for you. These Rockstar Romance are not typical at all. The men of Fractured are soulful and thoughtful each carrying their own baggage and searching for more.
Fractured Trust is the story of Noah. Noah is the drummer for Fractured but he also has a side gig with fellow band member Zac and is the drummer for the new up and coming band Crossfire. This is a second chance romance that works so beautifully.
I am not typically a fan of this trope but these characters and what has kept them apart makes sense.
Summer is a girl who does not trust. Because of her own baggage as a child and all that has happened in her life she just questions everything when it comes to matters of the heart. She also lacks confidence in believing that she is capable of anything she sets her mind too.
After a chance meeting after not seeing each for 12 yrs and a recent divorce. Noah pushes Summer. He pusher her to follow her heart and trust in what they have. Noah brings so much to this story and is so willing to be everything Summer needs even if it means leaving his dream behind. He loves her that much. But Summer knows she can never ask that of him and has to come to terms with her own issues before she can freely love Noah.
The journey of these characters and learning to trust your heart was powerful. I really loved them together. I loved their journey and the awakening that happens between both. This series has so much love and emotion I highly recommend it.
