I went into this book thinking that I was gong to get my usual go-to suspense romance. However, it was more. I got the suspense that I love, but also the humor that I need sometimes. Blake and Bronx were perfect together. They balanced each other out in a way that neither one truly was aware that they needed. Blake is this uber intelligent strong woman who knows her worth but still has insecurities. Bronx is an alpha that you would love to have protecting you. He has hang-ups pressuring Blake at first, but once he gets over that hurdle there is not going back. These two, once they are in, they are ALL IN and their chemistry sizzles. This is worth the read, and I can only hope that we get Blake’s brother’s book.
