Bittersweet Revenge | Riley Hart

Dean sets out to destroy a man that turned his world upside down and took his father from him. Dean is solely focused on his mission- but for the first time in a while he cares about people. Dean internally struggles but deep down he is just a wounded little boy looking for approval and a family.

Tiernan desperately needs some freedom from his dad and life in Boston. Away at college he is able to play a little by his rules and he has those cares about close. He was not expecting to feel a pull to the new guy on campus.

Tiernan and Dean had a pull that neither of them wanted to admit or feel but they just could not deny it. The push pull of their relationship really shouldn’t make sense but it did to everyone around them, including me. The two of them understood each other on a level that nobody else did. Dean was able to give Tiernan what he needed without him having to ask- because he didn’t always know but Dean did. Tiernan did the same for Dean. And their chemistry.  OFF THE CHART. Oh my goodness lit the pages on fire. This book has all of the things that make me love mafia romances; it is dark, gritty, they play by their own rules, and people do what they tell them to do! This series is off to an amazing start and my head is spinning just thinking about what is next because in all honesty we met so many amazing characters and I just want more from the Sins of our Father’s series!
