Dirty Little Secret | Riley Hart

I tried to slow down and savor this book but I couldn’t….it was so good! I immediately fell in love with Colton and James. From the very beginning their connection and chemistry leapt off the page! 

James is a buttoned up professor that is just going through the motions. He lives a very solitary life but that all ends when he takes guardianship of siblings he knew nothing about. Everything in his well ordered life is up ended….and then sent into  tailspin when the Dom he can’t stop thinking about ends up where he least expected him.
Colton has so much love to give and he is so kind, a natural care taker and he notices everything. I love that he wasn’t a “typical” dom that you read about- he has a quiet dominance that makes those around him comfortable. He quietly handles things but most of all he shows up for those he cares about. 

Colton and James together just make my heart melt. James opens up to Colton in ways that he has never opened up to someone and Colton is so protective of what James shares. Colton takes care of James in a way that others have never- he pushes him to take care of himself and live his life. While these two have immediate sexual chemistry the friendship and bond come a little later as they both open up to one another.  The little family they build and are fiercely protective of just made this entire book so extra special. I have literally not stopped thinking about Colton, James, Nash and Sadie.  If you love a steamy read with a lot of connection and heart this most definitely needs to be on your kindle- and if you haven’t binged all of Riley Hart’s books I highly recommend you do so. Hart writes the most amazing characters that live close to your heart.
