Meet Cara | New Contributor at Bookcase and Coffee

We’re so excited to officially welcome Cara to the Bookcase and Coffee team! 🎉📚

Cara is the kind of reader who always has a story nearby. If she’s not holding a physical book or her Kindle, she’s probably listening to an audiobook while tackling spreadsheets, running errands, or talking someone into reading “just one more chapter.” As a full-time accountant, reading became her favorite way to escape the chaos of real life and dive headfirst into worlds filled with romance, mystery, magic, and emotional damage fictional men swear they can explain.

Her reading tastes bounce between romance, romantasy, and mysteries/thrillers, which means her TBR is basically organized chaos with excellent vibes. She especially loves second-chance romances, enemies-to-lovers, forced proximity, grumpy x sunshine pairings, and single-dad romances. Honestly, if there’s tension, longing, and someone pretending they definitely don’t have feelings while standing too close in a kitchen? Cara is probably already adding it to her cart.
